Return Policy

If you need to return an item purchased from our online store, send us an email with the details. Please include:

Item to be returned
Date of purchase
Purchase confirmation number
Reason for return
Tell us if you want a replacement or refund

Any requests to return a purchased item will be handled on an individual basis. Returns require authorization within 15 days of your purchase on new and unused merchandise only and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The returned item must be in the original packaging, not run or installed, and be complete in every way including manuals and instruction sheets. In short, the returned item must be re-saleable as new again. Once authorized, you will be sent a return authorization number and can ship the item back to us. Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item, and either ship your replacement item or credit your credit card (exclusive of shipping costs if any).

Shipping Policy

We use UPS or FedEx Ground, and we pay the shipping charges to the lower 48 states on orders of $60.00 or more! If your purchase is less than $60.00, a $10.00 charge will be added in the shopping cart for shipping and handling. Note: some items we sell cannot be shipped via UPS or FedEx. These items will be so noted as you browse our site. Current truck freight charges will apply for shipment of these items. Email or call if you would like a truck freight quote before you buy. Also, if you need faster service, call or e-mail us and we will get back to you without delay

We ship from Virginia, Illinois, California and Oregon. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, call before you purchase and we will advise the shipping costs before you place your order.

Additionally, you need not provide a Credit Card until your offer is accepted, so you really have nothing to loose in making an offer.

How do I Make an Offer?

Once you decide that you want to make an offer, simply click the “Make an Offer” button on the product page, fill in the Offer Form and send it to us.

You will receive a confirmation of your offer as an email from us confirming your offer. Once your offer is received, we will be corresponding by email, and we will respond with acceptance or with a counter offer, usually the same day but no longer than 24 hours later. You can submit up to 3 offers for the same product.

Once your offer is accepted, we will send instructions on how to purchase the item on our site at the agreed upon price. You should plan to make your purchase as soon as the instructions are received. You will receive a receipt for your purchase, and then shipping and tracking information as soon as your purchased item is shipped, usually the next day.
